This Macon-Peronne is a first class Burgundy white wine, the vineyard sits between Pouilly-Fuissé and Saint-Véran appellations so is an exceptional fine wine at an affordable price. It is a fresh and crisp Chardonnay wine and ready to drink now with great minerality reflective of the terroir. This wine will pair nicely with roast chicken, salmon, sushi and pasta. Serve between 11° and 12°, this wine will keep for up to 5 years if stored correctly.
