Fourchaume is one of the finest and largest premiers crus running from the western end of the grands crus most of the way to the village of Maligny. The south-west facing slopes give a rich, sunny wine whilst retaining excellent freshness and minerality thanks to the Kimmeridgian limestone soil. Drink 2024-2028.
