This is a delicious pale, pink rosé, with notes of wild strawberry, stone fruit, tangerine and white flowers. Pairs nicely with fresh white fish and fennel.

Miraval estate was built in the 17th century and located in the Var region of Provence. It was purchased by Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie in 2009. The first mondern version produced by the Perrin family (Chateau de Beaucastel fame) of the wine was released in 2012 and was met with high praise from leading wine critics around the World. A lovely palate with peach, red cherry, strawberry and a hint of tangerine. The wine is made from the following grape varieties; Cinsault, Grenache, Rolle and Syrah. It is the perfect summer drinking wine.
