"Composed of 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc, the deep garnet-purple colored 2018 Méaume gives up wild blueberries, baked cherries and garrigue scents with suggestions of pencil lead, stewed tea and wild sage. Medium-bodied, it has a taut, muscular palate with lovely vibrancy and soft, rounded tannins, finishing with an herbal lift"
