Cristal is Louis Roederer's flagship cuvée.Hand harvested and vinified by plot, 20% of the blend was vinified in large oak casks and 20-% underwent malolactic fermentation. Cristal 2008 was bottle-aged for 8 years before being left to rest for at least 8 months after disgorging in order to attain perfect maturity.
