Tasting Notes
This Cabernet Sauvignon opens with aromas of black cherry, blackcurrant, and dark plum layered upon notes of toasty caramel. On the palate, this full-bodied silky wine has powerful flavours of blackberries and figs intermingled by notes of clove. The intense fruit is coated with soft and ripe tannins for a rich velvety mouthfeel. This opulent red has spent 2 years in French and American oak giving the delicious notes of sweet spice and vanilla.
