A combination of ten separate parcels from throughout the village combine to create this Puligny-Montrachet that is Premier Cru quality in all but name.

Classic green apple, lemon, and white peach nose. Powerful and structured with a creamy, luscious texture that coats the mouth and is underpinned by uplifting acidity and further core of white stone fruit, green apple, and pear. Plenty of concentration and complexity on the harmonious finish.

Sylvain & Béatrice Bzikot own an impressive estate of 15 hectares in Puligny-Montrachet.  Sylvain’s grandfather arrived in Burgundy from Poland just before the second world war and steadily built up the estate in the post-war years when land was plentiful and cheap.  For a long time, most of the crop was sold in bulk to the Burgundy negociants but now all is domaine-bottled.
