After a 7 year wait we are delighted to release the Ambriel Blanc de Blancs 2010. This is the first wine in respect of which we have declared a vintage. It is crafted from hand-selected Burgundian clones of Chardonnay from our own vineyards. It has been nurtured in the bottle for 5.5 years and rested on the cork for 10 months. There are only about 4,000 bottles in existence. This refined Sparkling wine is delicious with a quintessential English elegance and a citrus zip.
