Jacques owns vines in seven lieux-dits in Puligny totalling 2.7 hectares from which he fashions one of the very finest village wines of the Côte de Beaune. Fermented and aged in 15% new oak, this has remarkable intensity of flavour. Tight and restrained at present with a close knit texture this demands a few years to develop in bottle but will be magnificent. Drink 2027-2031.
