A classic Bordeaux blend of about 55% Sémillon, 44% Sauvignon Blanc and 1% Muscadelle: the Muscadelle providing the wine with a note of perfumed grapiness. The grapes come from the estate's vineyards which are densely planted and farmed in a traditional way with a horse and plough being used to control the weeds and organic fertilisers. To balance their carbon footprint, the estate manages a forest which is the same size as the vineyards. Bright and aromatic with mineral notes and a refreshing, zesty finish.
