The Ybert family have owned the Chateau for over four generations and they have succesfully kept their Grand Cru classification since 1987 thanks to their consummate committment to outstanding quality and craftmanship.
This 80% Merlot 20% Cabernet Franc AOC Saint-Emilion Grand Cru Red is endowed with a superb deep ruby red color with purple and dense notes with very delicate aromas of sweet spices, toasted notesand intense black fruits.
On the palate it is beautifully rich and complex with great generosity and full of aromas of fresh fruit with silky tannins giving it great finesse.
The finish, full of sweetness, leaves the memory of an elegant, tender, harmonious and simply outsandingpleasant wine, which can be enjoyed young but will benefit aging for 8 to 10 years if stored correctly in a temperature controlled environment.
