Tasting Notes
Finca Dinamia`s commitment to sustainability can be seen not only in how they make their wines but also in their presentation; this biodynamic Malbec uses ecological packaging with a painted bottle, natural cork and recycled cardoard boxes. Deep ruby in colour with a rustic nose of brambles, dried herbs and cloves, the palate is full bodied with concentrated black fruits, mocha, black olives and a slight spicy pepper note on the finish. The production of this wine uses a `hands off` approach, the fermentation starts naturally with wild yeasts and a gentle partial oak ageing imparts spice and complexity.

Serve with BBQ meats such as steak, sausages or burgers.

Region
The biggest and most important of Argentina`s wine regions, Mendoza includes a wide variety of altitudes and micro-climates to allow a huge range of wine styles. Many early winemakers were of Italian origin and brought with them their native Barbera, Bonarda and Sangiovese. However, it is Malbec, originally from Bordeaux and the south west of France, that has established the most successful presence in Mendoza.
