By itself, VRSD No.3 is glassy and pristine, with subtle mineral character – like mineral water. It’s texturally soft, creamy, weighty and smooth, with the alcohol providing just a touch of heat and the perception of white pepper spice. Mixed, the vodka opens up, with a grassy character emerging, accented with subtleties of oatmeal and lemon zest. It produces a suave, saline and zesty vodka soda, especially with a squeeze of lime.
